JST AI Smart Translation Privacy Policy

JST AI Smart Translation is an internal AI translation and writing assistant for authorized JST Fulfill team members.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Google account email and basic profile information used for employee login.
• Text that users choose to translate, rewrite, or process with an AI assistant.
• Visible webpage text snippets when users use webpage translation.
• Generated translation or AI reply outputs.
• Usage metadata such as platform, assistant name, model provider, request type, timestamps, and success or failure status.
• Feedback submitted by users, including ratings such as good, needs edit, or inaccurate.

We do not intentionally collect passwords, payment card numbers, private API keys from employee browsers, or unrelated browser history.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide webpage translation, input-box translation, selected-text translation, and AI writing assistance.
• Authenticate authorized internal users through Google login and an email whitelist.
• Improve translation quality, business reply quality, platform compatibility, and user experience.
• Review employee feedback and prioritize product fixes.
• Monitor service reliability, model routing, and internal usage patterns.

Data Sharing

We may send text to third-party AI or translation providers configured by JST Fulfill, such as OpenAI, DeepSeek, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepL, or Google Translate, only to provide the requested translation or AI result.

We use infrastructure providers such as Railway and Supabase to host the backend, authentication, database, usage records, and feedback records.

We do not sell user data.

Data Storage

Usage records and feedback may be stored in JST Fulfill's cloud database for internal product improvement and support. AI provider API keys are stored on the server side only and are not packaged into the Chrome extension.

User Control

Authorized users may contact JST Fulfill administrators to request review or deletion of internal usage and feedback records associated with their account.

Security

JST AI Smart Translation uses Google login, employee email whitelisting, and server-side API key storage. Employees should not paste passwords, payment information, or unrelated sensitive personal data into translation or AI assistant requests.
